How many floor plans are available? There are 4 floor plans, 3 single level ranch plans and 1 two level plan.
What is the price and square footage? Homes at Candia Crossing start at $389,000. Floor plans range from 1,616 SF to 2,000 SF.
How many bedrooms are there? All plans have two bedrooms. Some offer an office/den that could be used as a 3rd bedroom.
How much are Condominium Association Fees? $275 a month
What is included in the Condo Fee? Snow removal, Trash pickup, Water, Landscaping, Clubhouse, Insurance and the Capital Reserve which will include replacement of Roofs and Siding.
What is the age restriction? All occupants must be 55 years old or older
What is the tax rate in Candia? The 2019 tax rate is $18.60

What type of utilities are available? Electric by Eversource, Propane by Bot-L-Gas, Water by community well, Cable by Comcast.
How will trash be handled? The association will have curb side trash pickup by an outside vendor.
