Located in the rolling hills of western New Hampshire, you will find the community association known collectively as Eastman. Eastman is a residential community with properties in Grantham, Enfield and Springfield, NH, all surrounding the 360-acre Eastman Lake.

Eastman is like a town within a town – a small community of like-minded people living and playing together within the secluded woodlands of western NH. Residents enjoy the community’s 18 hole championship golf course, 14 tennis courts, the recreation center, the community center (complete with its own restaurant), six private beaches, and more than 17 miles of trails on which to hike, bike or cross county ski.

The community’s recreation center is always buzzing with activity and offers watercraft rentals, a “snack shack” with ice cream and food for a day at the beach, function rooms, foosball and air hockey tables, ping-pong, an indoor pool and more. The community center is home to Eastman’s very own restaurant, Bistro Nouveau, which has a main dining room as well as a tavern and a banquet room. The environment is cozy and welcoming and the staff is nothing less than professional. The lower level of the community center boasts a pro shop and snack bar for the golf course, a ski and snowshoe center in the winter months and a year-round fully equipped fitness/exercise room.

Eastman Lake is the focal point of the entire Eastman community, and for little wonder – it’s beautiful, clean and gives the entire community common ground. From water skiing and tubing, to simply swimming and enjoying the sunshine with your friends and neighbors, there’s always something happening on the lake. Even in the cold of winter, there are ice-fishing tournaments, snowmobiling, ice-skating and more.

Eastman is a little slice of heaven in western NH. The community is located close to I-89, lending to fast travel throughout the state. Eastman is within a few minutes of Vermont as well, which allows residents of Eastman easy exploration of our green neighbor to the west.
