Our situation was a bit challenging, selling a home owned by two Trusts and 3 principals from across the country. Communications were all timely and crisp. When we moved to Hollis, NH, a couple of years ago, Jim Miller was our real estate broker. That was not an easy task, our unusual demands were two houses close to each other – one for our daughter’s family and one for us -- with plenty of acreage for horses. Jim was extremely helpful and nice to work with, and successful in finding a very nice house on a beautiful property that could be subdivided to give us the two houses we wanted. Jim helped us with all steps of the process, from evaluating and buying the property, its subdivision, and supervising the building of a new house on the split off subdivision.
