This 2+/- acre parcel in a rural setting is mostly cleared and comes close to abutting Merrifield and Bradley Roads. When open, folks access Hinsdale from this road. All uses to be approved by the Town. No test pits have been dug. The Deed says 4 acres, not 1.8 per the tax map. 1.8 seems to be more correct. Research shows a foreclosure a few Deeds back and no survey mentioned. The road in this area is closed off and basically not passable from Dec. 15th to April 15th per the Town of Chesterfield Highway Department. (seasonal road)
