The 911 address was issued as 111 Sleeper by the town. The land is located on a town maintained class V road. Owners pulled a build permit and received the address due to where they were in the build process. They have since stopped all movement building. Owners pulled a temporary driveway permit and put a temp drive in. It has a stone bottom and gravel top for access into the land. Timber was dropped and stumps pulled on about a 5000 sq ft area. And about 54 yards of sand fill dropped and spread. Currently there’s a 2 bedroom approved septic design. This can be altered if needed to a larger system and or tank area moved with an as built through the designer. The plans show a proposed mobile, but any house or mobile can be put anywhere on the land.
