Located in Hillsborough County NH Hudson is surrounded by the green countryside that New Hampshire is known for. It is 29.1 square miles and originally part of Nottingham MA, and wasn’t until 1830 that it became part of New Hampshire and renamed ‘Hudson.’ It is 44 miles to Boston MA and approximately 12 miles to the Manchester Regional Airport.

All proceeds are used to maintain the town’s historical monuments such as the museum Alvirne Hills House, where many of the town’s artifacts and historical data are displayed and also Bensons Park, a recreational area for families to gather, relax and have fun.
The school system in Hudson is superb. There are three elementary schools one middle school and one high school. Being a supportive community, the school department has made the busses available for first time students to ride along and learn the bus rules and regulations. This is done to ensure that all students will have a safe and enjoyable bus ride to and from school. Parents are welcome to join their children for the ride.
Hudson has several parks, library and restaurants for residents to enjoy. It is a family friendly town that combines old world charm with modern conveniences.
