Clearwater Estates Adult Community Clearwater Estates is an active 55+ community with every modern convenience imaginable. Raymond itself is home to a small theater group, as well as several gift and craft stores. The NH seacoast is but a short drive east with the White Mountains about an hour north and Boston, Massachusetts a little over an hour south. While Raymond does have medical centers and emergency paramedic services, it has no hospital of its own. However, Exeter Hospital is only twenty minutes away and Manchester’s Elliot Hospital about thirty so medical help is never too distant.
